Milan vice president Adriano Galliani said Ronaldinho is "99.9 percent" of Brazil Flamengo
The Italian club leader told reporters that he "believes" that is able to deny the transfer of the player for 30 years at Flamengo, the team with more fans in Brazil.

Galliani met on Saturday for about three hours with the president of Flamengo, Patricia Amorim, at the apartment that the Italian has in Rio de Janeiro. At the exit of the meeting, Amorim agreed on the analysis and said that both clubs have reached "an agreement", but said that "lack of details" to complete the transfer. "We can say we have reached an understanding with Milan. But now I need to talk to the player," said the official told reporters. Ronaldinho is also sought by the Guild, a club in the city of Porto Alegre where Ronaldinho was formed, and Palmeiras, coached by former Brazil and Portugal coach Luiz Felipe Scolari.
Brazilian media said that the support of several investors and companies has allowed the present Flamengo highest financial offer, which apparently has been the most satisfied at Milan.
